The 2012 Carolina RSCM Course for Girls and Adults will be held once again at St. Mary’s School in Raleigh, NC. Mark your calendar for July 9th – 15th, 2012!
Christ Church
This year our music director will be David Briggs. David is the Artist-in-Residence at Ascension Memorial Episcopal Church, Ipswich, MA as well as Organist Emeritus, Gloucester Cathedral, UK. Our organist for 2012 will be Robert Ridgell. Currently the Director of Sacred Music at the Cathedral of Saint Paul in Saint Paul, MN, Robert previously served Trinity Wall Street in New York.
Nichols & Simpson Organ Console at St. Michael's
Tuesday through Friday at 5:00 PM we will sing Evensong in St. Mary’s Chapel. Our daily Evensong liturgies and the Sunday closing services are open to the public.
At 10:00 AM on Sunday July 15th, we will sing Eucharist at historic Christ Church in downtown Raleigh.
The closing Evensong at 4:00 PM on the 15th, will be at St. Michael’s Episcopal Chruch. Nichols & Simpson is installing a 57 rank organ during the months of August through October 2011 and will be featured at our closing Evensong.
