June 19, 2026
The Episcopal Church Welcomes You, and so does the RSCM Carolina Summer Choral Residency! All are welcome to our closing services at Duke Chapel on Sunday, June 28th, 2026. Whether you have friends and family taking part in the Course, or you simply love beautiful sacred music, come and worship with us in the beauty of holiness. There are no tickets and no arrangements to make. Come as you are, and join us in the musical offerings the choristers have prepared all week.
The RSCM choir will sing as part of Duke Chapel’s regular Sunday Morning Worship Service at 11:00 AM. This is interdenominational Christian worship in the rich tradition of Duke Chapel, with compelling preaching, communal prayer, and sacred music. The service lasts about an hour and features a sung mass, anthems, psalms, and hymns offered by the choristers.
The Course will offer Choral Evensong in Duke Chapel at 4:00 PM. This is the final offering of this year’s RSCM Carolina Course and the culmination of the week’s work. The service lasts about 45 minutes and features sung psalms, prayers, and anthems. The Anglican tradition of Evensong is a restful, meditative experience as we end the day, and the week, together.
Duke Chapel is located at 125 Science Drive, Durham, NC. Visitors may park in the Bryan Center Garage at the same address, just a short walk from the Chapel. ADA accessible parking is available in the adjacent Bryan Center Surface Lot.
Free parking passes for Sunday mornings are available at the visitor desk inside the Chapel. For maps and turn-by-turn directions, please see Duke’s campus map and the Chapel’s visit page.
Duke Chapel live streams and records its services. If you cannot join us in person, the Sunday Morning service is available on the Chapel’s YouTube channel and you can find recordings on the Duke Chapel website.
